We are situated in Illasi, a small town to the east of Verona, with approximately 5,400 inhabitants. The surrounding landscape encompasses the plains of Padana, rolling green hills and high mountains.
The valley is shut off in the North by the famous Carega summit (2130 metres high), which is part of the Posta group of mountains which, in turn, is part of the "Little Dolomites"; the Pertica pass (1520 metres) connects the valley with Ala in the province of Trento and the Adige Valley.
The Three Crosses pass (1716 metres) connects with Recoaro and the Agno Valley marking the boundary between the provinces of Verona, Trento and Vicenza.
The strategic position of Illasi makes it an obligatory route for mountain lovers wishing to reach good skiing, mountain footpaths and farms. Illasis approximately 20 km from Verona (30 mins by car) and 44 km from Vicenza (40 mins by car).
The nearest motorway exits are Soave (14km) and Verona Est (11km) and Verona Villafranca Airport is about 25 km away.

The ancient castle of Illasi dominates the landscape: a magical panorama lulled by the silence. We have two double bedrooms and one single, a good sized sitting/dining room with fireplace and a kitchen all available for use by the guests. The bedrooms have space for a third bed or cot upon request.
